What should we pay attention to when maintaining dump trucks?

A dump truck is a special vehicle that uses its own engine power to drive a hydraulic lifting mechanism to tilt its carriage at a certain angle for unloading; and relies on the weight of the carriage to reset it.

China National Heavy Duty Truck’s new generation of push-type dump truck products breaks the traditional lifting and unloading design concept of dump trucks. It adopts a special double-layer bottom plate propulsion structure, which eliminates the need to lift the carriage and realizes cargo dumping through longitudinal translation of the front plate.

Usually we should pay attention to the following points when maintaining dump trucks:

① Keep the car clean and tidy, eliminate odors, and place some air fresheners and the like. Take good care of our dump trucks, scrub them regularly, and be careful when driving to avoid bumps and bumps.

② Do not leave it outside on rainy days. It is best to place it in an air-conditioned garage and take good care of it.

③ Grease the hydraulic cylinder frequently when the dump truck is not in use.
